When you look in the mirror, what do you see? How do you talk to the person that looks back at you? Do you uplift yourself and show respect, or do you tear down because of what others have said or done to you? The truth is, you alone have the power to admire yourself much more than anyone else can. How you esteem you shows up in everything you do. And do you know, practicing healthy habits is a great place to start showing yourself love, honor, and appreciation? The healthier your routines, the better you feel, and the better you feel, the healthier your habits. As you build your self-esteem, you can then hold those around you accountable for how they treat you. When you respect yourself first, then you can expect others to respect you.
