Managing your emotions can be quite challenging. How is it even possible for you to control the workload of school, extracurricular activities, and family life while trying to navigate the rollercoaster of your emotions? Honestly, you are going to have good days, and you are going to have bad days. The key to managing your feelings in the middle of it all is not letting your good days get to your head and feeling like you live in a dream world. As well as not letting your bad days get to your heart to where you feel like you are worthless. Here is the reality, emotions change every single day; however, that does not mean you have to change. No matter what, never let your emotions overpower your commitments.
