On average, 91.39% of what people are worried about never comes true. That means the majority of things you spend your time stressing over, concerned about, or even anxious for may not ever happen. Can you imagine what would be possible if you spent the same amount of time and energy thinking about something you could actually control? You'd likely be able to accomplish so much more in your day. Anxiety comes to distract, deter, and derail you from the things in life that are important -- like school, family, and becoming a better person. No matter how much you find yourself worrying, the good news is, anxious thoughts are notoriously inaccurate.
