Have you ever played a sport? If not, I'm sure you have watched it before. The thing about games is that the competition continues until the very end. Your life is like a sporting event. You continuously have thoughts competing in your head like joy and sadness, hope and hopelessness, success and failure, to see which one you spend the most time thinking about. Sometimes we tend to lose that battle in our minds. However, even if you feel like you are always on the losing end of that fight in your brain, the best part about sports is a team's ability to come back when it seems like hope is lost. You have to remember even when you aren't on top, you can always take steps to change the outcome of the competition. It's not whether you get knocked down, but whether you get back up again.
