Courage is the willingness to act in the face of fear, uncertainty, and doubt. Being afraid has a plan. It’s one purpose is to keep you from accomplishing all that you are supposed to in life! Here’s a little secret; everybody is fearful of something, although it may look different depending on the person. There are so many types of terrors that keep people stuck -- for instance, the fear of failure, success, dying, and some people even fear people. No matter what type of struggle you currently face, you have what it takes to succeed in the face of worry. Today, I want to challenge you to move past distress, depression, anxiety, and anything else that tries to stop you. And remember, courage is not the absence of fear; it’s the triumph over it.
