When was the last time you celebrated yourself for the advancements you have made? In life, it's so easy to criticize and critique. However, it can be much harder to look back and celebrate the progress you made up to this point. When you spend your time being demanding and critical of yourself, it becomes challenging to have a hopeful life perspective. It is impossible to focus on the negative and the positive at the same time. So, take some time and think about how far you have come to get here. What have you accomplished this year? How have you grown? What type of progress have you made? And what you'll find is that you are continually growing and evolving every day in many different ways. Ultimately, you did not come this far only to come this far.
