Did you know that when you have a great idea or decide to accomplish something, it sends signals through your brain? Have you ever felt that sense of excitement about wanting to accomplish something? Maybe it was trying out for a sports team or applying for your first job. Once your brain sends signs to your body about the excitement, it's telling it that the event is already complete - even if you have yet to accomplish it. Here is what that does. It makes your body feel like you are successful when truthfully, you are in the same place you were before. Even though you know, it will take discipline, self-control, new habits, new friends, even eating better if you must. Your dreams won't get accomplished because you think about them. At some point, you'll have to put in the necessary work. You and I both know, everyone wants to be successful, but very few are willing to do what it takes.
