Have you ever wanted to work out but dreaded it? Like your mind was ready to do it, but your body was saying something completely different? It's always funny that you usually feel fantastic about your time when you press passed that original opposition. When you are feeling tense, one of the best ways to relieve stress is to EXERCISE! Whether you are working out, walking around the neighborhood, or going on a hike, your bodies release endorphins that give you a natural high. You do not necessarily have to become a professional athlete (though it would be cool to see some of you on TV). However, we must stay active to promote a healthy lifestyle. It also helps us in our everyday lives. For example, it allows us to regulate our thoughts and the way we think while decreasing feelings of anxiety and depression.
Exercise doesn't just make your body feel good, but your brain feels good as well.
