At the beginning of the school year, you probably had a clear picture of what you wanted the semester to look like. Then school started, and life happened. Next thing you know, your vision was unclear. You might ask - How do you get back to that place of clarity once things become a blur? One of my favorite boxers, Mike Tyson, says this quote, "everybody has a game plan until they get hit in the mouth." The idea is that once things get complicated in your life, you can have a hard time trying to remember all of your training and preparation for the year. This separates those that are successful in the long run and those that just start off strong. You want to make sure you have what it takes to finish better than you started. You see, staying focused when it's hard is the key to real growth and success. Everybody can focus when it's easy.
